To submit a repair request, please fill out the below form. Add as many details about the issue as you can.
Once submitted, you will receive a response from our office.
If you have an after-hours maintenance emergency that cannot wait until the next business day, please send a text to 302-547-7411. Include your name, property address, description of the problem, and photos or a short video of the issue.
Please note: Repairs or damages caused by your negligence or misuse are Tenant responsibility. If it is determined the cause of the repair is due to negligence or misuse, you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials.
Essential Service
An essential service is defined by the Delaware Landlord Tenant Code as hot water, heat, water, electricity, or any condition that materially deprives a tenant of a substantial part of the benefit of the tenant's bargain in violation of the rental agreement.
