THE FOLLOWING MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS:

PLEASE NOTE: All required documentation and application fee needs to be submitted prior to processing. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Not supplying all documentation will lead to a delay in processing the application.

APPLICATION FEE:

The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid by cash, money order, or personal check. Payment gets made out to Premier Realty Inc.

  • $50.00 for one (1) or two (2) applicants
  • $25.00 per applicant for three (3) or more applicants

If you would like to pay over the phone by credit/debit card, there is a $5.00 charge per transaction. Application and required documentation need to be received before payment can be made over the phone.

INCOME STATEMENTS:

  • W-2 (Employee) – Most recent paystubs covering one (1) month of income. If paid monthly, provide two (2) most recent paystubs.
  • 1099 (Self-Employed) – two (2) most recent years of income tax returns
  • Child/Spousal support – provide most recent court-ordered documents
  • Social Security/Disability – most recent award letter (current year)
  • New Job – provide a signed offer acceptance letter on company letterhead stating job title, start date, salary and supervisor’s name/contact information

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION:

  • State or Federal drivers license

RENTAL CRITERIA: 

Credit: Minimum credit score of a 625 per applicant. Free of judgments, past due balances, late payments, 

Employment / Income: Minimum income of 3-4x the rent per month (all applicants combined) 

Landlord History: Satisfactory reference from previous landlord including on-time payment history, no eviction records, no outstanding balances. 

Court Records: No judgments or debt owed, no eviction records
