The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid by cash, money order, or personal check. Payment gets made out to Premier Realty Inc.
If you would like to pay over the phone by credit/debit card, there is a $5.00 charge per transaction. Application and required documentation need to be received before payment can be made over the phone.
Credit: Minimum credit score of a 625 per applicant. Free of judgments, past due balances, late payments,
Employment / Income: Minimum income of 3-4x the rent per month (all applicants combined)
Landlord History: Satisfactory reference from previous landlord including on-time payment history, no eviction records, no outstanding balances.
Court Records: No judgments or debt owed, no eviction records
When applying with the online application, each applicant must fill out and submit their own application.
